What's is an Open Day?

An Open Day is your opportunity to find Para sport opportunities in your area, watch demonstrations, and get amongst the action yourself.

You’ll also have a chance to chat with Para athletes and coaches and find out how you can get involved. A variety of Para sports will be included at each event such as Wheelchair Basketball, Para cycling, Boccia, Para athletics, and there’ll be lots more to see and do.

The Open Days are free to attend.

Who can attend the Open Days?

Anyone can come along — the more the merrier!

The Open Days are about having a go and getting involved, at any level. Whether you’re a spectator, coach, volunteer, play for fun or aim to become a Paralympic superstar!
