ACC has a specialist team called the National Serious Injury Service that works with people with disabilities as a result of an injuries. You can contact us in a number of ways.


By phone

Phone the Claims helpline on 0800 101 996 between 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and ask for your Support or Service Coordinator, or their Team Manager.

Keep your ACC claim number handy when you call us. This will help speed up the process. Your claim number is on the top of every letter you get from ACC.

If you need language support, we have translation services available in 39 languages.

If you would like to know more about the Serious Injury Advisory Group, or have a question you’d like to ask them, send an email to the Voice of the Customer.

ACC monitors this email address on behalf of the Serious Injury Advisory Group, and forwards every email to the Chairperson for a response.
